01What exactly does Kraffsy do?
Kraffsy is a studio for Etsy print-on-demand sellers, in two flows. In Studio you share a reference image and our AI creates an original, print-ready design, composes it onto professional mockups and adds lifestyle images and listing videos, writes the listing's SEO and publishes it to your Etsy shop through the Etsy API — now or on a schedule. In Operations your Etsy orders come back to Kraffsy — custom orders too: you approve each one, pay for it from your Kraffsy Wallet, and our production partner makes and ships it. Every step runs in the background — you review, choose and move on.
02Do I own the designs?
Yes. Everything generated in your account belongs to you. Our AI is instructed never to reproduce copyrighted logos, brand marks or recognizable characters — it always creates an original design from your brief.
03Do I need design skills?
No. You choose the reference, the placement and the templates; Kraffsy does the design work. Want a different name or phrase on a design? You edit the text instead of redrawing it.
04How do credits work?
Every plan comes with a monthly credit balance. Generating or editing a design, a lifestyle image or a listing's SEO uses credits: they're reserved when a job starts and only charged when it succeeds — if a job fails, they're released back to you. Composing mockups, slide videos and publishing to Etsy don't use credits; Etsy charges its listing fee when it's published.
05How are my orders made and shipped?
You approve each order's design, brand, model, size and color — approving is free, and you can take it back until you pay. When you pay for it from your Kraffsy Wallet, our production partner prints, packs and ships it, and you follow it with tracking. Every paid order gets a receipt.
06How does the Kraffsy Wallet work?
It's a prepaid balance in US dollars that pays for production and shipping — your plan's credits pay for the design work. With a paid plan you top it up by bank transfer, writing your personal reference code in the transfer's description; the balance doesn't expire. Paying for an order locks its total, and the amount is charged once our production partner accepts the order — or released if it doesn't.
07Do I need to connect my Etsy shop?
Yes. Kraffsy works with your Etsy shop: you connect it before adding products or using your credits, and it's how your listings are published and your orders come back. You connect it on Etsy's own authorization page, through the Etsy API.
08What does Kraffsy access in my Etsy shop?
Only what Etsy Listing and Order management need: the listings Kraffsy creates or updates for you, the shop settings needed to publish them, and your orders — including each buyer's name and shipping address — so they can be sent to production and tracked. Kraffsy never contacts your buyers, never sells your data and doesn't train AI on your Etsy data. You can disconnect at any time.
09Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. Each shop gets its own workspace with its own products, designs and mockups. How many workspaces you can open depends on your plan — see Pricing above.
